Mr. Marchetti graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's "Luigi Bocconi" University and obtained an MBA from Columbia University. Mr. Marchetti began his professional career in 1994 as an Investment Banking Analyst, first in London and then in Milan. In 1999, he worked with Bain & Co. as a consultant. In 2000, he founded YOOX S.p.A. and, since then, has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Benedetti graduated in chemical engineering from the University of Bologna and started his professional career in 1998 at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a Change Management consultant. In 2000, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Head of CRM & Logistics and in 2003, was then appointed Head of Business Development. In 2004, he was appointed VP Sales and Marketing and from 2007, Mr. Benedetti is Chief Marketing Officer at YOOX S.p.A..
Mr. Di Dario graduated in modern foreign languages and literatures from the University of Pisa. Mr. Di Dario started his professional career in 1999 at OPS S.r.l. as Program Manager. In 2003, he worked for the British Tourist Authority as Contact Center Manager and, later that year, he joined SITEL as Key Account Manager. In 2005, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Head of Customer Care and in 2009, was then appointed Head of Customer Operations. From 2012, Mr. Di Dario is Demand Planning Director at YOOX S.p.A..
Mr. Guidotti graduated in economics and commerce from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome. Mr. Guidotti started his career in 1992 as Financial Controller at the Brussels branch of Pirelli Bedding Benelux. In 1996, he became the Financial Manager of Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, following which, in 1997 he joined TAG Heuer Italia S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy Group, where he first held the role of CFO for the Italian subsidiary, and then that of Financial Controller for Europe in Neuchatel, Switzerland, from 1999. In October 2000, Mr. Guidotti became CFO at Zenith Italia S.p.A. (Milan) and OMAS S.r.l. (Bologna), both companies of the Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy Group. Between October 2001 and May 2003 he held the position of Financial Controller for the Bulgari Group in Neuchatel, Switzerland, and then moved to YOOX S.p.A. to hold the position of CFO until October 2006. In November 2006 Mr. Guidotti joined the PINKO Group as CFO and from April 2008 to June 2010 held the position of CFO of the TAS Group. Since July 2010 Francesco Guidotti is the CFO of YOOX S.p.A.
Mr. Grignolo graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's "Luigi Bocconi" University. Mr. Grignolo started his professional career in 1999 at I.E.P. Bocconi as a micro/macroeconomic data analyst in the Clas Research Center Group. In 2000, he became the Budgetary Data Research Project Leader at Istituto Tagliacarne. Later that year, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Head of Data & Control and from 2002 to 2003 he held the position of Head of Buying. In 2003, he was then appointed VP Strategic Partners & Buying Office and in 2007, Commercial Director. From 2011, Mr. Grignolo is General Manager at YOOX S.p.A..
Mr Guillot graduated in business engineering from “Tor Vergata” University in Rome and later obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School. Mr Guillot started his professional career in 1995 as a financial analyst at Fincorp in New York, and later as a summer associate at Bain & Co. in Rome while attending his MBA. From 1999, he worked for Zeborg in New York (formerly the Mitchell Madison Group), first as an Associate and then as Director and Senior Director of B2B E-sourcing Services, a role he retained following the company’s acquisition by Emptoris. Between 2005 and 2007 he worked as a B2B e-sourcing consultant in partnership with IBX of Stockholm for Swedish multinationals. In 2007, he joined YOOX S.p.A., in the role of Business Process Re-engineering Manager, subsequently taking on new roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Office of the CEO, HR Director and, most recently, Technology Director. From 2012, Mr. Guillot is Chief Operating Officer at YOOX S.p.A..
Mr. Montanari graduated in political science from Milan's "Sacro Cuore" University. Mr. Montanari started his professional career in 1995 at Andersen Consulting (afterwards Accenture) as a Change Management & Human Performance consultant. In 2005, he joined TNT Post Italy, as Learning & Development Manager. In 2006 he joined Gabetti Property Solutions as Head of Organization and the following year he became the HR & Organization Director. Since January 2011 Alessandro Montanari is the HR & Organization Director at YOOX S.p.A..
Mr. Moretti graduated from the University of Pisa with a degree in Political Science followed by an MBA in Web Marketing and Communications from Ateneo Impresa in Rome. He began his professional career in 2000 as a freelance consultant on graphic development projects, taking on the role of Web Marketing Specialist at eBay in 2001. In 2002, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Site & Marketing Manager. In 2006, he was appointed Director of Interactive Services and in 2011, User Experience Director. From 2012, Mr. Moretti is Commercial Special Projects Director.
Ms. Rossi graduated in industrial engineering from the University of Padua and started her professional career in 1998 at Diesel as Supply Chain Project Manager. In 2001, she moved to Bulgari where she held the position of HR and Organization Specialist. In 2003, she joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Operations Manager and, in 2004, she became Head of Customer Operations. In 2005, she was responsible for managing YOOX S.p.A's commercial planning operations and one year later, became Head of Buying for multi-brand online stores. In 2009, she was appointed Multi-brand Commercial Manager and, in 2011, Commercial Director of yoox.com. From 2012, Ms. Rossi is Commercial Director Multi-brand.
Ms. Scagnelli graduated in economics and finance and subsequently obtained a Master of Science in General Management from Milan's “Luigi Bocconi” University. Ms Scagnelli began her professional career in 2006 in the Mergers & Acquisitions division at Lehman Brothers in London and then at Nomura International in Milan. Since 2009, she has worked at YOOX S.p.A., where she currently holds the position of Investor Relations Manager.
Mr. Tazzari graduated in electronic engineering from the University of Bologna and started his professional career in 1996 as Area Manager at Nexus, where he remained until 2000, co-founding HG LAB / Linkproject in the meantime in 1998. In 2000, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Chief Technology Officer from 2011, Mr. Tazzari is Research & Development Director at YOOX S.p.A..
