The current Board of Statutory Auditors was appointed at the Ordinary Meeting held on 7 October 2009 and will remain in office until approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011.
Filippo Tonolo
Mr Tonolo graduated in business economics from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University. He began his professional career in 1989 as an auditor with Reconta Touche Ross. From 1990 to 1994 he worked for Alfredo Dovera's Milan accounting firm, subsequently becoming a partner in "Studio Dovera & Associati". From 1999 to 2001, he was a partner in "Tonolo & Partners", Milan, and between 2001 and 2004 he was an equity partner in "Professionisti Associati". At the same time, between 1996 and 1999, he was a member of the International and Community Regulations Commission of the Milan Public Accountants, and between 1995 and 2000 he was the contact in Italy for the Picatrex International Association. Since 2004, Mr Tonolo has been a partner in "TCFCT – Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria", Milan, focusing primarily on corporate and fiscal consultancy. He is a registered auditor with the Italian Institute of Public Accountants. From 25 October 2000 to 6 October 2009, Mr Tonolo was a serving statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A. From 7 October 2009, he is chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of YOOX S.p.A.
Luca Sifo
Mr Sifo graduated in economics and commerce from Bologna University. Since 1989, he has been a member of the Institute of Public Accountants in Bologna and a registered auditor with the Ministry of Justice. In public practice, his offices are situated at Via Guerrazzi 28/5, Bologna. In 1987, he began to work in the offices of Lucio Zanetti, formerly Deputy Chairman and then Chairman of the Institute of Public Accountants in Bologna. He was a member of various research commissions established by the Institute of Public Accountants and took part in, and spoke at, meetings held to analyze and examine Italy's tax regulations. Mr Sifo started in public practice in 1992. In 1997, he was appointed to the board of the Institute of Public Accountants in Bologna. In 2000, he became a partner in the firm of Ponzellini, Rubbi, Sifo, with offices in Bologna, Milan and Varese. He serves on the Board of Statutory Auditors of several major companies. Mr Sifo specialises in corporate and fiscal consultancy. From 26 February 2002 to 6 October 2009, he was chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of YOOX S.p.A. From 7 October 2009 Mr Sifo is a serving statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A.
David Reali
Mr Reali studied economics at Milan's Luigi Bocconi University, graduating cum laude. David Reali is a partner in the Milan accounting firm of "Chiaravalli, Reali e Associati – Commercialisti", where he focuses primarily on accounting, reporting and fiscal consultancy. He is a registered auditor with the Italian Institute of Public Accountants and a registered technical consultant for the Milan Court. He has been a serving statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A. since 25 October 2000.
Nicola Bottecchia
Mr Bottecchia graduated in economic and commerce from Venice's Ca' Foscari University. He became a member of the Institute of Public Accountants in Bologna in 2000, and a registered auditor with the Ministry of Justice in 2001. Mr Bottecchia obtained professional experience at accounting firms in Venice and Bologna. In May 1996, he began to work in the offices of Marino Jovon, a public accountant in Venice. In June 1999, he joined Studio Ponzellini, Rubbi Sifo, public accountants in Bologna, Milano and Varese. Since March 2002, he has worked with Studio Sifo – public accountants in Bologna. He serves on the Board of Statutory Auditors of several major companies. Mr Bottecchia specialises in corporate and fiscal consultancy. He has been an alternate statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A. since 2006.
Edmondo Maria Granata
Mr Granata graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's Sacro Cuore University. From February 1997 to September 2000 he worked in the offices of Riccardo Federico Rocca. Later in 2000, he joined "Tonolo & Partners" in Milan. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2004, he worked as a manager in the tax firm associated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. From 2002 to 2004, he was a member of the Company Law Commission of the Institute of Public Accountants in Milan. Since 2004, Mr Granata has been a partner in "TCFTC – Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria", Milan, and the contact for Italy for Nexia International. He has been an alternate statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A. since 2006.
