Mr. Marchetti graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University and obtained an MBA from Columbia University. Mr. Marchetti began his professional career in 1994 as an Investment Banking Analyst, first in London and then in Milan. In 1999, he worked with Bain & Co. as a consultant. In 2000, he founded YOOX S.p.A. and, since then, has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Benedetti graduated in chemical engineering from the University of Bologna. Mr. Benedetti started his professional career in 1998 at Andersen Consulting as a change-management consultant. In 2000, he joined YOOX S.p.A. as its Head of CRM & Logistics. In 2002, he was appointed as Head of Business Development, and the following year he became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has held the position of Marketing Director since 2007.
Mr. Di Dario graduated in modern foreign languages and literature from the University of Pisa. Mr. Di Dario started his professional career in 1999 at OPS S.r.l. as Program Manager. In 2003, he worked for the British Tourist Authority as Contact Center Manager and, later that year, he joined Sitel Corp as Key Account Manager. He has worked at YOOX S.p.A.since 2005, first as Head of the Call Center and, since 2009, as Head of Customer Operations.
Mr. Di Pietro graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University. Mr. Di Pietro started his professional career in 1988 as a controller at Pirelli Group, where he worked until 1994, when he moved to VF Italia as Finance and Operations Manager. Between 1999 and 2006 he worked for VF Europe, holding various positions including Finance Director, Logistics and IT Director and VP Operations. In 2006, he joined Prada as Director of the "Linea Rossa". He became YOOX S.p.A.'s Operations Director in 2007.
Mr. Guidotti graduated in economics and commerce from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome. Mr. Guidotti started his career in 1992 as Financial Controller at the Brussels branch of Pirelli Bedding Benelux. In 1996, he became the Financial Manager of Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, following which, in 1997 he joined TAG Heuer Italia S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy Group, where he first held the role of CFO for the Italian subsidiary, and then that of Financial Controller for Europe in Neuchatel, Switzerland, from 1999. In October 2000, Mr. Guidotti became CFO at Zenith Italia S.p.A. (Milan) and OMAS S.r.l. (Bologna), both companies of the Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy Group. Between October 2001 and May 2003 he held the position of Financial Controller for the Bulgari Group in Neuchatel, Switzerland, and then moved to YOOX S.p.A. to hold the position of CFO until October 2006. In November 2006 Mr. Guidotti joined the PINKO Group as CFO and from April 2008 to June 2010 held the position of CFO of the TAS Group. Since July 2010 Francesco Guidotti is the CFO of YOOX S.p.A.
Mr. Grignolo graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University. Mr. Grignolo started his professional career in 1999 at I.E.P. Bocconi as a micro/macroeconomic data analyst in the Clas Research Center Group. In 2000, he became the Budgetary Data Research Project Leader at Istituto Tagliacarne. Later that year he joined YOOX S.p.A., firstly as Head of Data & Control. During the period 2002/2003, he held the position of Head of Procurement. In 2003, he was appointed VP Strategic Partners & Buying Office. Mr. Grignolo has been YOOX S.p.A.'s Commercial Director since 2007.
Mr. Guillot graduated in business engineering from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and, later, he earned a Master in Business Administration from the Columbia Business School in New York. Mr. Guillot started his professional career in 1995, as a financial analyst at Fincorp (New York). Later, in between MBA academic semesters, he worked as a summer associate at Bain & Co. in Rome. In 1999, he joined Zeborg in New York (formerly the Mitchell Madison Group), serving as an associate and director before being elevated to the position of Senior Director of B2B e-Sourcing Services. He remained in that role following the acquisition of Zeborg by Emptoris (New York). Between 2005 and 2007 he worked as a B2B e-Sourcing consultant for Swedish multinationals in partnership with IBX of Stockholm. In 2007 he moved to YOOX S.p.A., first as Business Process Re-engineering Manager, then as the Company's Quality Assurance Manager and, subsequently, as Manager of the Office of the CEO. Currently he holds the position of Human Resources & Organization Director.
Mr. Moretti graduated in political science from the University of Pisa and earned an MBA in web marketing and communications from the Rome Business School. Mr. Moretti started his professional career in 2000 as a consultant on graphics development projects. In 2001, he joined eBay as a Web Marketing Specialist. In 2002, he started his collaboration with YOOX S.p.A. as a Site & Marketing Specialist. He has held the position of Interactive Services Director since 2006.
Ms. Rossi graduated in industrial engineering from the University of Padua. Ms Rossi started her professional career in 1988 at Diesel as Supply Chain Project Manager. In 2001, she moved to Bulgari, holding the position of HR and Organization Specialist. In 2003, she joined YOOX S.p.A. as Operations Manager and in 2004 she became Head of Customer Operations. In 2005, she was responsible for managing YOOX S.p.A.'s commercial planning. She became Head of Procurement for the multi-brand online shops in 2006, and the Multi-brand Commercial Manager in 2009.
Ms. Scagnelli graduated in economics and finance from Milan's “Luigi Bocconi” University and obtained a Master of Science in General Management from the same university. Ms Scagnelli began her professional career in 2006 in the Mergers & Acquisitions division at Lehman Brothers in London and then at Nomura International in Milan. Since 2009, she has worked at YOOX S.p.A., where she currently holds the position of Investor Relator.
Mr. Tazzari graduated in electronic engineering from the University of Bologna. Mr. Tazzari started his professional career in 1996 at Nexus as Area Manager, where he remained until 2000. In 1998, he co-founded HG LAB/Linkproject. He has worked as Chief Technology Officer for YOOX S.p.A. since 2000.
