Federico Marchetti graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University and obtained an MBA from Columbia University. Mr Marchetti began his professional career in 1994 as an Investment Banking Analyst, first in London and then in Milan. In 1999, he worked with Bain & Co. as a consultant. In 2000, he founded YOOX S.p.A. and, since then, has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
Irene Boni graduated in Political Economics from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and obtained an MBA from Columbia University. Ms Boni started her professional career in the Marketing department at Procter & Gamble and, in 2005, joined McKinsey & Company as a strategic consultant across various sectors, including luxury and retail. In 2010, she joined YOOX S.p.A. in the Office of the CEO and, in 2012, she took on the role of New Business Director with the responsibility, among other activities, of the development of the launch strategy and technological and logistical set-up of shoescribe.com; she also led the development of the mobile channel, the implementation activities of the joint venture with Kering, as well as many other corporate organisation projects. Since July 2014, Irene Boni is the Co-General Manager responsible for the Technology, Logistics, HR and Organisation functions.
Davide Di Dario graduated in modern foreign languages and literatures from the University of Pisa and began his professional career at OPS S.r.l. as Program Manager. In 2003, he worked for the British Tourist Authority as Contact Center Manager and, later that year, he joined SITEL as Key Account Manager. In 2005, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Head of Customer Care and, in 2009, was then appointed Head of Customer Operations. In 2012, he took on the role of Demand Planning Director and, since July 2014, Mr Di Dario is the Operations Director.
Alberto Grignolo graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University and began his professional career at I.E.P. Bocconi as a micro/macroeconomic data analyst in the Clas Research Center Group. In 2000, he became the Budgetary Data Research Project Leader at Istituto Tagliacarne. Later that year, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Head of Data & Control and, in 2002, he took on the role of Head of Buying. In 2003, he was appointed VP Strategic Partners & Buying Office and, in 2007, Commercial Director. Since 2011, Mr Grignolo is the General Manager responsible for all of the Group’s commercial functions.
Maia Guarnaccia graduated in philosophy from the University of Perugia and began his professional career at Vivienne Westwood where he took on the role of Marketing & License Director Worldwide and Head of Communication. In 2005, he joined YOOX S.p.A. as Marketing & Communications Director. From 2007 to 2012, he worked at IMG Fashion Europe as Vice President, first in Paris and then in London, and then moved to Tod’s as Global Marketing Director. Since September 2013, Maia Guarnaccia is the Global Brand Marketing and Communications Director of YOOX S.p.A..
Francesco Guidotti graduated in economics and commerce from La Sapienza University of Rome and began his professional career as Financial Controller at the Brussels branch of Pirelli Bedding Benelux. In 1996, he became the Financial Manager of Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. In 1997, he joined TAG Heuer Italia S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy Group, as the CFO of the Italian subsidiary, and in 1999, he took on the role of Financial Controller for Europe in Neuchatel, Switzerland. In October 2000, Mr Guidotti became CFO at Zenith Italia S.p.A. in Milan and OMAS S.r.l. in Bologna, both companies of the Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy Group. Between October 2001 and May 2003, he held the position of Financial Controller for the Bulgari Group in Neuchatel, Switzerland, and then moved to YOOX S.p.A. to hold the position of CFO until October 2006. In November 2006, Mr Guidotti joined the PINKO Group as CFO and, from April 2008 to June 2010, held the position of CFO at the TAS Group. Since July 2010, Francesco Guidotti is the CFO of YOOX S.p.A..
Clement Kwan graduated in economics from the University of California, Davis and started his professional career as a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions division at Broadview International LLC in the Silicon Valley. After, Mr Kwan covered various Business Development and Planning roles within the fashion industry, first at Theory (2002) and then at Diesel USA (2003). In January 2006, he joined Dolce & Gabbana in Milan and headed up the formulation and implementation of the global strategic business plan as well as led the development and growth of local subsidiaries worldwide. After having gained valuable experience in both fashion and e-commerce, Mr Kwan joined YOOX S.p.A. at the beginning of 2012 as European Sales & Marketing Director for the multi-brand business and, in September 2012, he took on the role of Director North America. Since July 2014, Mr Kwan is the President of YOOX Corp., the Group’s US branch.
Luca Martines graduated in political science from La Sapienza University of Rome and began his professional career as founder and co-director of Art Lab Zone, an arts laboratory in Rome. In 2002, he worked as a press officer and diplomatic attaché at Nave Scuola Amerigo Vespucci (the Amerigo Vespucci navy training ship) during Missione Antipodi. He also collaborated with the Historical Archives of the Italian Navy as a researcher and archivist from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, he became Business Development Manager for Southern Europe at Mypix.com, a start-up of the Paris-based Dixons Group, where he gained valuable experience mainly in web marketing and CRM. In 2005, he joined YOOX S.p.A. as Marketing & CRM Director, responsible for managing all web marketing activities worldwide and, in 2012, he became Director Asia Pacific. Since July 2014, Luca Martines is the International Markets Director of yoox.com.
Paolo Mascio graduated in economics and commerce from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University and started his professional career in the marketing departments of consumer goods multinationals, such as Kraft and Coca-Cola. In 1999, he joined the L'Espresso Group as Marketing Director of the radio business, to then manage an Internet start-up specialising in digital video production. From 2004 to 2009, he worked at Mandarina Duck, first as Marketing & Communications Director and later as International Retail Director. In 2009, Mr Mascio joined YOOX S.p.A., where he currently holds the position of Commercial Director Online Stores.
Alessandra Rossi graduated in industrial engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova and began her professional career at Diesel as Supply Chain Project Manager. In 2001, she moved to Bulgari where she held the position of HR and Organization Specialist and, in 2003, she joined YOOX S.p.A. as Operations Manager. Since 2005, within the commercial department, she held the roles of Commercial Planning Manager, Head of Buying for the Group’s multi-brand online stores and, in 2009, she became Multi-brand Commercial Director. Since 2014, Ms Rossi is the Managing Director of yoox.com.
Silvia Scagnelli graduated in economics and finance and subsequently obtained a Master of Science in General Management from Milan's Luigi Bocconi University. Ms Scagnelli began her professional career in the consumer and retail team of the Mergers & Acquisitions division at Lehman Brothers in London and later moved to Nomura International in Milan. In 2009, she joined YOOX S.p.A. to follow the Group’s listing process on the Italian Stock Exchange, first in the Office of the CEO and then took on the role of Head of Investor Relations. In 2013, she was appointed Investor Relations and Financial Communications Director and, since July 2014, Ms Scagnelli is the Corporate Development and Financial Communications Director responsible for the Group’s investor relations, financial communications and corporate development functions.
Gabriele Tazzari graduated in electronic engineering from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and began his professional career as Area Manager at Nexus, where he remained until 2000, co-founding HG LAB / Linkproject in 1998. In 2000, he joined YOOX S.p.A. in the role of Chief Technology Officer, and in 2011 was appointed Research & Development Director. Since 2012, Mr Tazzari is the Strategy, Governance and Innovation Director.
Emanuele Veratti graduated in business and economics from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and began his professional career as an Associate Analyst at Bain & Company, where he was later appointed Manager. At Bain & Company he was a strategic consultant in various sectors, focusing on organization and corporate turnarounds in his last years at the firm. In 2013, he began working at YOOX S.p.A. as Head of Organization & Processes. Since July 2014, he is the HR & Organization Director.
Mimi Vong graduated in political economy of industrial societies and economics from the University of California, Berkeley and began her professional career in RealNetworks as Asia Pacific Marketing Manager. She then covered various Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles within the Internet industry, first at China.com (2003), one of the main Chinese portals listed on the Nasdaq, and then at ad:tech (2005), a global digital marketing conference. In 2007, Ms Vong joined PepsiCo as Head of Interactive Marketing China, overseeing the local digital and mobile strategy as well as planning and marketing initiatives for all the products of the beverage division. Subsequently, she co-founded a B2B online marketplace for the conference industry, together with Hong Kong Cyberport. In 2013, Ms Vong joined Mishang Trading Co. Ltd, YOOX Group’s Chinese branch, where she currently holds the position of Country Manager China.
