The Code of Conduct has been prepared to ensure that the ethical standards adopted by YOOX S.p.A. are clearly defined and represent a fundamental part of the corporate culture, as well as the benchmark for behaviour by all those who work with the Group in the conduct of business and, in general, the performance of their activities.
Via adoption of the Code of Conduct, YOOX S.p.A. intends to encourage good practice and responsible behaviour via training and communication of the company's ethical principles.
