Entitled persons pursuant to the applicable regulations may attend, speak at and vote at Meetings. On the basis determined by the Chairman, Meetings may also be attended by executives and employees of the company and its subsidiaries, and by other parties whose presence is deemed useful in relation to the matters to be discussed.
With consent from the Chairman, the proceedings may also be followed by the professionals, consultants, experts, financial analysts and journalists accredited for each Meeting.
