September 2009 - thecorner.com introduces women's collections for the very first time. The womenswear labels available on thecorner.com will be featured in an innovative fashion film project, created in collaboration with SHOWstudio and devised and directed by the visionary photographer Nick Knight.
The exclusive film, directed by Knight, is the result of a unique collaboration with leading fashion creatives including filmmaker Ruth Hogben, stylists Simon Foxton and Jonathan Kaye, and set designer Michael Howells. The resulting film, Portent, is a sensual, delicate and poetic exploration of romantic Classicism through the male and female form, accentuated by exquisite clothing from a raft of the world's finest designers - a portent, indeed, of the season's fashion to come.
