His footwear is of the kind that makes women lose their train of thought obsessed that they are with their gorgeous heels. Hollywood adores him, both on and off the screen: Terry Gilliam chose some of his more whimsical creations to star in the highly acclaimed Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus, while the leading ladies of Tinseltown are regularly photographed in their favorite Jerome C Rousseaus.
