Filippo Tonolo
Filippo Tonolo graduated in business administration from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. He began his professional career in 1989 as an auditor with Reconta Touche Ross. From 1990 to 1999 he worked for Alfredo Dovera's Milan-based accountancy firm, subsequently becoming a partner. From 1999 to 2001, he was a partner at Tonolo & Partners in Milan, and between 2001 and 2004 he was an equity partner in "Professionisti Associati", associated with the international network Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Since 2004, Mr Tonolo has been a partner in TCFCT – Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria, in Milan, focusing primarily on corporate and fiscal consultancy. He is a registered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the Register of Auditors. From 2000 to 2009, Mr Tonolo was a regular statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A.. He has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of YOOX S.p.A. since October 2009.
David Reali
David Reali studied economics at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, graduating cum laude. He is a partner in the Milan’s accounting firm Chiaravalli, Reali e Associati – Commercialisti, where he focuses on accounting, reporting and fiscal consultancy. Mr Reali is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Register of Auditors and a registered technical consultant for the Milan Court. He has been a regular statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A. since October 2000.
Patrizia Arienti
Patrizia Arienti graduated in economics and commerce from the Cattolica University in Milan. She began her professional career as an auditor in 1985 at Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., where she worked in several listed companies and multinationals. In 1990 she was promoted to managing director, becoming a partner in 1995. In 2009 she became a member of the Executive Committee, acquiring responsibility for auditing services in the Lombardy region of Italy. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. since September 2011. Ms Arienti has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1988 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 1995. She has been a regular statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A. since April 2012.
Edmondo Maria Granata
Edmondo Maria Granata graduated in economics and commerce from the Sacro Cuore University in Milan and obtained an Executive Master’s in Corporate Finance & Banking (“Master EMCFB”) from SDA - Bocconi. Since 2000, he has been a registered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Milan and since 2001, he has been a member of the Register of Auditors. From 1997 to 2000 he worked in the offices of Riccardo Federico Rocca, joining Tonolo & Partners in Milan later in 2000. Subsequently he worked as a manager in Professionisti Associati, associated with “Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, from 2001 to 2004 and from 2002 to 2004 was a member of the Company Law Commission of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Milan. Since 2004, Mr Granata has been a partner in TCFTC – Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria in Milan, and representative of Nexia International in Italy. He has been an alternate statutory auditor at YOOX S.p.A. since 2006.
Salvatore Tarsia
Salvatore Tarsia graduated in economics and commerce from the Sapienza University of Rome and obtained a Master's in Law and Tax Practice from Il Sole 24 Ore in Milan. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Milan since 2000 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 2001. Mr Tarsia began his professional career in 1997 at Gianni Origoni & Partners in Milan. From 1998 to 2001 he worked for Studio di Facchini Rossi e Scarioni in Milan. Subsequently, he worked for Studio Camosci Guareschi Piantanida in Milan and as a manager at Professionisti Associati, associated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Since 2004, Mr Tarsia has been a partner in TCFTC – Studio Associato Consulenza Societaria e Tributaria in Milan, and a representative of the Nexia International network in Italy. He has been an alternate statutory auditor of YOOX S.p.A. since April 2012.
