Decree 231/2001

YOOX S.p.A. recognises the need to ensure proper and transparent conditions for the conduct of corporate activities and business, in order to safeguard the company's own position and image, as well as the expectations of shareholders and the jobs of its employees.

Consistent with its internal policies, YOOX S.p.A. has adopted and formalised an organisational model for the company pursuant to Decree 231/2001.

In this regard, YOOX S.p.A. has launched a project to analyze the organisational, management and control tools used by the company, in order to check that the behavioural standards and procedures already adopted comply with the requirements of the Decree.

The organisational model and the principles it embodies govern the behaviour expected of corporate bodies, employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, business partners and, more generally, all those who, for whatever reason, are involved in “Sensitive Activities” carried out on behalf of and in the interests of the company.
