The Top Employers Institute search analyses and evaluates work conditions of all workers according to 9 criteria: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning & development, performance management, leadership development, career & succession management, compensation & benefits, and culture. After validating the results and conducting an external audit, the performance marks are evaluated according to an international standard. A company that meets the required quality level qualifies for the certification.
