Born from a process of sharing which is geared towards internalizing and putting into practice the principles identified, the Code of Ethics defines not only the founding values of the corporate culture, but also a standard of conduct for all of the Group’s associates.
The daily activity of those representing the Group or working on its behalf must always be characterized by an ethical respect based on:
- impartiality and equal opportunity;
- legality and honesty;
- professionalism and trust;
- prevention of potential conflicts of interest;
- honesty and transparency.
From directors to outside associates, at all levels of the corporate structure there is widespread knowledge that ethics when conducting business is a prerequisite for YOOX’s success.
